How many people can you sleep in your tents?

Our 16ft. tent can sleep up to 6 but we recommend keeping it at 4 adults so that you have ample room for your things and to move around.
Our 19ft. tent can sleep up to 8 but we recommend keeping it at 6 adults so that you have enough room for your things and to move around.

Are the bell tents warm?

We want you to be as comfortable and cozy as possible that is why we have included high end duvets in our tents along with plenty of extra blankets and throws. We are providing you with the full glamping experience but remember it’s still camping and if it’s cold outside we recommend you bring some extra layers to sleep in just in case. We also have a portable heater available upon request.

Are the bell tents waterproof?

Absolutely yes. Our canvas tents have been treated and also come with zipped in ground sheets. There are also windows in the tents it’s important to be sure to fully zip them up in the event of bad weather and when checking out.

What is your cancellation policy?

We are understand that things come up and cancellations happen. MT Glamping Events cancellation policy is as follows. If given a two week cancellation notice we will refund your money in full. If given a one week cancellation notice we will refund 75% of your money. If you have to cancel with less than one weeks notice then we will not be able to give you a refund as that date will be difficult to fill with such a short notice. If a cancellation happens due to severe weather predictions we will decide whether to refund or not. Our tents are made to withstand the weather so a little bit of rain, snow, or wind is not grounds for a cancellation due to severe weather.

Is Smoking Allowed in or around tents?

MT Glamping Events has a very strict no smoking policy. If you need to smoke you need to be at least 15 feet away from the perimeter of the tent. Please read our terms and conditions for more information in regards to our smoking policy.

What if it rains?

Our tents at MT Glamping Events are all weather proof. They are made and treated to withstand a little rain, wind or snow. However, in the event of severe weather like high winds, tornadoes, or a severe thunderstorms we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund. We don’t want to put our clients in danger or risk our tents being damaged.

Are Pets Allowed in the tents?

MT Glamping Events loves all animals but we do have a strict no pet policy in order to ensure our tents and furnishings don’t get damaged.
